Maria Stanisheva

Maria Stanisheva (1980) born in Sofia, graduate of Sofia University and CEU, Budapest. Currently studying Documentary Filmmaking at NYFA. Since 2004 Maria has been working for British Council Bulgaria and has managed the Council’s media, political and intercultural dialogue projects. One of the founders of Compote, Maria is the Collective’s producer. Filmography includes Media & Diversity clips (2008), Father (in production), Travelling Country (in pre-production).
