Vessela Dantcheva

Vessela Dantcheva (1975) graduated from Willem de Kooning Art Academy, Rotterdam(2002) with the film Pull Over, awarded a Cum Laude degree. She attended an exchange in animation at the School of Visual Arts in New York (2001). Vessela works as an independent film director, producer and visual artist. She is a co-founder of FinFilm animation studio and Compote Collective. Her films have been screened and awarded at a number of international film festivals. Her filmography includes Anna Blume (2009), Sometimes (2008), Easy (2004), Wish (2004), Snowman (2002), Wake up (2002), Pull Over (2001).
